Everything was excellent - the Tavern's traditional food, the breakfast, cleanliness, room decor, service, pool and sauna, location. All was handled with the utmost care, and the hotel was beautiful and very tastefully and elegantly decorated. Location was perfect, right in the heart of some of the nicest streets of the Old Town. Perhaps one of my favorite stays in Europe, and an excellent introduction to Lithuania.

everything’s amazing and the staff the very best:: each person was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond for my comfort. Andrius was able to take time to help me with my airline problems, directions, and lots of sightseeing advice... super helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good, too, but the best thing is the perfect location. All the property, from my spacious room to the games room and terrace and more. An entire spa area reserved for me alone! This is great value for pure luxury in a relaxed and beautiful hotel.

Stunning rooms and great location. Love the signature smell and also the spa! The staff were incredible a huge thanks to Andrius who looked after me and my family so well! And the breakfast team especially the young lady who wore glasses. Such great people and team, will be back soon again!

Stikliai Hotel - Relais & Châteaux provided a truly magical experience for our family as we celebrated my father’s 85th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were magnificent—attentive, warm, and professional. The rooms were exquisitely decorated, brimming with charm and character, making it easy to see why kings, queens, and dignitaries have chosen to stay here. Breakfast was a highlight, with a plentiful selection of fresh, delicious options. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the enchanting streets of Vilnius, or simply relaxing with a book and savoring Lithuanian cuisine at the cozy Stikliai Tavern or their Michelin-starred restaurant. We travel often, but this hidden gem stands out as one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The service was exceptional, especially Andrius was super helpful and took really good care of the guests. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast, and the service was efficient and friendly. The room was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was very quite and there was even an extra door after the entryway that helped keep the sound out. The staff remembered our wishes to enjoy the breakfast in the winter garden the next day. They also helped and suggested ideas for things we would enjoy to do while in Vilnius. Perhaps the best hotel we have stayed at!

Could not fault our stay! We received a room upgrade so that our two rooms were next to each other, the deluxe rooms had so much space and light with beautiful bathrooms. The reception staff could not be more friendly and helpful, even suggesting best things to do based on the weather forecast. Breakfast was brilliant quality with everything you could ask for, again with lovely staff. Situated in the heart of old town, surrounded by great restaurants and bars and shops, we could walk everywhere. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend to everyone!

It’s a historical boutique hotel, where high-status individuals, politicians, stars, etc used to stay since the old days. The hotel still has this historical charm and authentic Lithuanian vibes, and beautiful Christmas decorations. The location is just perfect and the staff is very friendly. We got a huge room (upgrade), which for this price was a really great deal. Also, when we checked out, I forgot my jewelry in the room. Within 30min after the checkout I got a phone call from the hotel about the forgotten jewelry and was able to pick it up - very helpful and proactive staff! The service at the breakfast was also very friendly and fast.

The warm welcome, attention to detail, and exceptional service made their stay truly special. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with planning every detail from a distance, ensuring everything was perfect for the occasion. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, beautifully designed rooms, and outstanding dining experience added to the charm of the celebration. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, especially if you’re looking for a luxurious and memorable place to mark a special occasion!
